Appointments, Payments & Refunds

By booking an appointment with Lymph Society, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or changes of mind.
Deposits may be transferred once only to a new appointment, provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.
Any subsequent rescheduling requests will result in the deposit being forfeited.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the booked treatment price, inclusive of any deposit already paid.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full treatment fee being charged.
This policy applies to all cancellations, including those due to illness, medical emergencies or personal circumstances. No exceptions will be made.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or personal preference.
Once a treatment has commenced, refunds will not ordinarily be provided for change of mind or a client’s decision to end the session early.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical and health information before their appointment.
If a treatment cannot safely proceed due to a contraindication or medical condition that was not disclosed before the appointment, the applicable cancellation policy may apply.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
The full treatment fee will still apply where a session is shortened due to late arrival.
If you arrive too late for your treatment to proceed, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Health & Medical Information

Your health, safety and wellbeing are a priority at Lymph Society.

All clients are required to complete the relevant consultation and health history forms before treatment.
Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, recent surgeries, medications, complications or changes to your health.
Medical clearance may be required before certain treatments, particularly following surgery or where underlying medical conditions are present.
Lymph Society reserves the right to postpone, modify or decline treatment where it may be unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.
Lymphatic drainage and postoperative treatments are supportive therapies and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Agreement to Terms

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to Lymph Society’s Terms & Conditions.

Lymph Society reserves the right to update these policies when necessary. The terms agreed to at the time of booking will apply to that appointment.
